This was a reread for me， and I thoroughly enjoyed it。 The last time that I read it was in third grade， so looking back now as a junior in high school， I was able to more fully appreciate the masterful work by Rowling and her immaculate attention to details。

A lot of people who read HP as young adults/ children - not to mention people who only saw the films - now seem to find quite a few things to criticize about the series， such as plot holes and controversies surrounding the author （which are troubling）， but that doesn't change my experience when re-reading these books。 They may not belong in the canon of literary masterpieces， but the HP books are the only ones where I've adored reading every single sentence; and never did I ever feel tempted to A lot of people who read HP as young adults/ children - not to mention people who only saw the films - now seem to find quite a few things to criticize about the series， such as plot holes and controversies surrounding the author （which are troubling）， but that doesn't change my experience when re-reading these books。 They may not belong in the canon of literary masterpieces， but the HP books are the only ones where I've adored reading every single sentence; and never did I ever feel tempted to put one of those books down to take a break from this world。 They truly are magical in how they suck you in。 。。。more

No me adentraré mucho en la historia， ya que todos sabemos， aunque no lo hayamos leído， de que va este libro。 Harry es un niño huérfano que se crio con sus malvados tíos quienes lo odian sin un aparente motivo， y cuando se enfurece o pone triste cosas extrañas ocurren cerca de él， cosas de las que su tío lo culpa， pero él no comprende， hasta que un día llega una carta con su nombre que le aclara todas sus dudas: Harry es un mago e ira a Hogwarts， el Colegio de Magia y Hechicería。 Al ingresar a H No me adentraré mucho en la historia， ya que todos sabemos， aunque no lo hayamos leído， de que va este libro。 Harry es un niño huérfano que se crio con sus malvados tíos quienes lo odian sin un aparente motivo， y cuando se enfurece o pone triste cosas extrañas ocurren cerca de él， cosas de las que su tío lo culpa， pero él no comprende， hasta que un día llega una carta con su nombre que le aclara todas sus dudas: Harry es un mago e ira a Hogwarts， el Colegio de Magia y Hechicería。 Al ingresar a Hogwarts， descubrirá que él es famoso y que un enemigo que ni siquiera conoce， lo acecha de todos los rincones。 Este libro me provocó sensaciones encontradas， al punto de que cuando lo agarraba no podía soltarlo， pero que me costaba agarrarlo。 No fue de esos libros que quería llegar al final del día o que buscaba cualquier momento para continuarlo de hecho me llevo cerca de 15 días leerlo， y no es un libro extenso， pero quizá me leía 80 hojas en un día y después estaba 2 o 3 días sin leer。 Considero la posibilidad de que esto se debió a que ya conocía la historia por las películas， las cuales vi por primera vez hace menos de seis meses， y las tengo bien frescas。 No suelo， ni me agrada， comparar un libro con sus películas。 Es muy normal que en la película no se llegue a apreciar completamente la magia del libro， pero en este caso me fue imposible no compararlos， dado que， habiendo visto las películas， el texto no tiene mucho para aportar。 Las películas son muy fieles a la historia， como lectora， disfruté la historia， y valoré mucho esos instantes de desarrollo que en las películas no existen: esas escenas， esos sentimientos， e incluso esas descripciones de algunos sucesos que en la película no llegaron a la altura de las líneas de J。 K。 Rowling。 Pero como contrapartida en las películas también muchas escenas están mucho más desarrolladas， dado que en el libro se cuentan de forma muy escueta y en la película existe el apoyo visual descriptivo dándole más detalles。 Los paisajes， las descripciones， los personajes， tienen un increíble apoyo visual en las películas mientras que en el libro solo unas pocas líneas te describen los detalles。Pero en general el libro me fascinó。 El desarrollo de los personajes es muy bueno， narrado en tercera persona te permite conocer por dentro a muchos personajes y conectar rápidamente con ellos。 Como primer vistazo a la saga， me pareció una muy buena carta de presentación， quizá algo corta， pero con lo justo para dejarte deseando más。 ¡Los invito a leer la reseña completa en mi blog！https://wandalarraquy。wixsite。com/iam。。。 。。。more
